During this years Shamrock Sessions Cork Orienteering Club (CorkO) took the opportunity to make two special presentations to two very valued club members. Both of whom have make significant contributions to the staging of the Shamrock O-Ringen since it's inception back in 1989. Bobby O'Connor is the CorkO tackle master and the man that knows everything in relation to staging events from parking capacity (width of cars especially!), signage, gear inventory to the construction of crossing points. David O'Donovan has assisted with all eighteen of the club's Shamrock O-Ringens both planning and organising individual days. In particular he has been a valued member of the start team at each of these events and knows many of our regular Shamrock overseas participants by name.
