The 19th Shamrock O-Ringen provided all participants with three days of epic orienteering in beautiful and challenging terrain on Cobduff and Shrone Hill near Glengarriff and on Derrycluvane on the Sheep's Head peninsula. One of this year's M16 participants Jamie Latimer has compiled a great video montage of his experience of orienteering in the very mixed weather conditions and the very difficult and testing terrain that encompassed the 2015 Shamrock O-Ringen.For the organisers it is great to see how things looked from the competitors point of view.....it really was tough going out there.
